Products can be exchanged or returned only if they are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.
Customers must raise a request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us with order details and supporting images.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Shipping costs for return/exchange may be borne by the customer unless the error was on our part.
