Warranty Policy

RoofDen Overland products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.

  • The warranty period (if applicable) is mentioned on the individual product page or packaging.

For major structural failures, we will replace or refund at our discretion. For minor issues, we'll work with you on the best solution to keep your awning in top condition.

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase (Bill/order ID).



What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects such as faulty stitching, defective hardware, or structural issues, reported within warranty period.




What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use overtime.

Wind Damage Not Covered: We do not recommend using your awning in light or strong windy conditions.

Improper Mounting: Correct mounting and suitable distance for brackets are required for warranty coverage. Roofden Overland reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if the recommended mounting distances are less than 3 feet which is likely to cause damage to the awning parts.

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper installation.

  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons.

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, fading) that does not affect product functionality.



Warranty Claims Process

  • Customers must notify us within the warranty period by providing order details, description of the defect, and supporting images/videos.

  • After inspection, we may choose to:

    • Repair the product, or

    • Replace it with an identical or equivalent item.



Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only.

  • RoofDen Overland is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
