Warranty Policy

Coverage

  • RoofDen Overland products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.

  • The warranty period (if applicable) is mentioned on the individual product page or packaging.

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).



What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects such as faulty stitching, defective hardware, or structural issues.

  • Products damaged during normal use within the warranty period.



What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper installation.

  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons.

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, fading) that does not affect product functionality.



Warranty Claims Process

  • Customers must notify us within the warranty period by providing order details, description of the defect, and supporting images/videos.

  • After inspection, we may choose to:

    • Repair the product, or

    • Replace it with an identical or equivalent item, or

    • Offer store credit if replacement is not possible.



Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or store credit of the product only.

  • RoofDen Overland is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
